Hoisting and use of the municipality flag:
1) The flag of the municipality is raised permanently at the main entrance of the municipal government building and on the flagpole in front of the village center of Hullo, temporarily on municipal holidays and public events.
2) The resident of the municipality has the right to raise and use the flag of the municipality in compliance with the Estonian flag law and good practice.
3) When raising the flag of the municipality together with the flag of another country, organization or any other flag, the flags must be placed in accordance with the Estonian Flag Act.
4) If the municipality’s flag is raised in mourning red, a black ribbon is attached to the upper end of the flagpole or the flag is raised at half-mast.
5) The village flag is used as a table cloth on the table of the municipal council and government sessions, in the office space of the municipal government and municipal authorities, at the official reception of the guests of the municipality, and can also be given as a souvenir to the guests of the municipality.
6) In cases not stipulated in this section, the municipality flag is used with the permission of the municipality government.
The coat of arms of the municipality may be used:
1) on the website of the municipality;
2) on the general and letter boards of the municipality;
3) on business cards of municipal officials and heads of institutions;
4) on publications, advertisements, souvenirs issued by the municipal government;
5) on the municipal government building and municipal boundary markers;
6) in other cases with the permission of the municipal government.
